Looking for the perfect investor/partner for Chicago Pizza venture.Can be working partner or silent as well.Im the original owner of "Slice of Chicago" in Chandler,AZ. Check reviews on Yelp.I also was one of original owners of Olando's pizza in the northwest suburbs of Chicago.I sold my place in Arizona to open a place in San Diego with my cousin but unfortunately COVID struck and we both became very sick and my cousin didn't make it (42).Now I'm ready for an exciting new adventure with a good idea.Being a Chicago eatery is a plus and niche because not to many around.I specialize in thin crust style and it's truly the best.My idea is to keep it simple and small so it's easier to open other locations.With the help of delivery apps such as door dash Uber eats and grub creates instant business as well as free advertising.Chicago's "Best Pizza" if I keep it simple or "Chicago Pizza Kitchen" with full Chicago menu.Depends on the location.Im offering a 25% percent which is negotiable on return investment as a silent partner and 50% as a working partner. I'd like to find someone I can train to become owner so I can continue to open other locations which you can be part of as well.
