Key Responsibilities
• Preparing food items according to standardized recipes
• Cooking and plating food items, ensuring timely and consistent execution
• Setting up and stocking workstations with all necessary supplies and ingredients
• Communicating effectively with other staff to coordinate tasks, timing, and food orders during service.
• Ensuring that all food items meet quality standards before they are served to customers
• Adhering to food safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Keeping workstations clean and organized to ensure a safe and efficient work environment.
• Cleaning and sanitizing kitchen equipment, utensils, and tools after use
Job Requirements
• At least 2 years of previous restaurant experience in high quality establishments
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds
• Food Handler Safety Training Card or ServSafe
• Proper sanitation knowledge
