Position: Lead Server – Dining Services
What You’ll Do:
As a Lead Server, you’ll play a key role in ensuring smooth daily operations in our dining department. You’ll support and mentor fellow team members, help maintain a welcoming environment, and provide excellent service to our residents. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced setting and enjoys making a difference.
Who You Are:
Experienced: At least 1 year in food service or waitstaff; leadership experience is a plus.
Skilled: Strong communication, teamwork, and problem-solving abilities.
Professional: Neat, clean, and presentable appearance.
Compassionate: Comfortable working with older adults, including those with physical or cognitive challenges.
