Open night and day, and located in Carlsbad Village right down the street from our three other restaurants (Campfire, Jeune et Jolie, Lilo), and just a few blocks from the ocean, Wildland is a restaurant, bar and bakery inspired by the vibrant community of North County, celebrating the creative culture of California and bringing bold ideas to the timeless traditions of France and Italy.
During the day, sunshine pours into the space, once an old boogie board factory, and we welcome our guests to order at the counter, grab a seat, and hang out. The wild days are for everyone, anytime.
At night the restaurant comes alive, music fills the air, and we get serious about having a good time. With dialed in service, genuine hospitality, and a whole lot of delicious food, cocktails, and wine, this is a place for a night out, whether with friends, family, or on a hot date.
Wildland definitely is an ambitious restaurant, and it deserves a driven and dedicated team. PROFESSIONAL / ENVIRONMENTAL / PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
-Valid Food Handlers Card
-Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely and successfully with federal, state, and local standards
-Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 pounds
-Ability to physically maneuver through work areas; bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, climb stairs and steps, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment
