Lilo is a One Michelin Star, intimate, 24-seat chef’s counter, harnessing the untamed spirit of the California coast and the world's shorelines through a celebratory tasting menu and immersive dining experience rooted in a thoughtful connection to nature. Delicious, vibrant, dynamic and playful, Lilo represents a new perspective on fine dining.
We are now looking for a talented and curious Concierge, a key position on the team, focusing on guest communications, relationships, reservations and the details that transform the dining experience into one of personal connection and meaning.
Strong candidates for our team will have at least two years experience working in high level and well-respected restaurants or hotels of focus and quality. Michelin experience is desirable, but not required. What is required is the desire to come together to do work that is meaningful: creating delicious and joyful experiences for our guests, building community with each other, and ensuring that the time every person spends with us is time well spent.

ENVIRONMENTAL AND/OR PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
-Ability to perform the essential job functions consistently, safely and successfully within federal, state, and local standards

-Ability to physically maneuver through work areas; bend, lift, carry, reach/extend arms, and hands above shoulder height frequently, climb stairs and steps, or otherwise move in a constantly changing environment
