We are a local mediterranean restaurant located in Carlsbad Village. Full time diswasher/ prep cook is wanted. Spanish speaking/bilingual preferred.
Responsibilities:
Maintaining cleanliness and organisation of dishwashing station
Wash dishes, utensils, kitchen equipments
Cleaning of fridges and storage areas
Trash and cleaning of floors
Support other kitchen members during busy hours
Bread making
Some small preps
Handling with daily fresh produce delivery
Support kitchen’s overall sanitation and food safety standards
Must have;
- At least 5 years in restaurant indusry
-Strong work ethic and reliability
- Team player
- Must have reliable vehicle and cellphone
-Must work on the weekends
