We are currently seeking a full time BCBA to work in an innovative therapeutic day program in San Marcos. Mountain Shadows New Beginnings is designed to support the behavioral needs of the participants while providing vocational training opportunities as well as opportunities for socialization and community integration. This is a site based program and does not involve travel. The hours are 8a-5p M-F.
The BCBA will be responsible for the development of participant behavioral support plans and crisis plans and all aspects of clinical direction, supervision and case management of the Behavior Technicians.
• Certification as a Behavior Analyst by the BACB
• Qualified to provide Registered Behavior Technician Supervision as outlined by the BACB.
• Master’s Degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, psychology, education or a related field.
• 3 years minimum experience supervising and developing ABA treatment programs for clients with intellectual/developmental disabilities.
