We are looking for a super teacher to join our team at an exciting time. Our company works with international students studying in the U.S. We have several programs and are in the process of getting our own school accredited. This will open many doors (financially and positions) for our team. This position is for a dynamic teacher to help run our high school program and summer camps. On top of this, the person in this position will be heavily involved in our accreditation process, development of our own English language school and many other exciting projects. As we build more programs, our team can become more involved in areas of interest (travel, recruitment, academics, students services, admissions, college counseling, etc.).

Although we are a small company, we have big things going on and big goals with milestones we are already hitting. We do our best to take care of our team. While we have been in operation for several years, we still consider ourselves in “startup” mode and hope to find a hardworking, flexible and dedicated team members. We offer opportunities with profit sharing, exposure to other parts of the field and simply do our best to take care of the staff. We hope, in the future, to offer very competitive benefits program.

We are looking for a super teacher for our high school program (Escondido) with the ability to teach different subjects. Our teachers often help teach “typical” high school subjects, as well as, ESL, TOEFL and ACT/SAT. We have planned to have our own location for adults in San Diego. We also plan activities (social and cultural) and our team also supports our students with housing, health insurance and simply getting our students involved in the community.

Requirements:
High School Diploma
Flexible, Hard-Working and Low Drama (none preferred)
Experience with International Students
Clean Background (working on a public high school campus)

Preferred but not required:
English language teaching certificate
Master’s Degree
High School teaching credential
Experience with summer camps, activity planning and budgeting
Supervisory experience
Any other interests or skills a plus (design, website, art, etc.)

As we grow, we will be adding other positions and offering staff profit sharing in our language program. There will be opportunity with both our high school and language schools and, for the right people, a chance to oversee areas in both programs leading to higher wages and mobility.
