2016 VW Jetta S 1.4L - Excellent condition & fuel efficiency - $5,699 (ESCONDIDO)

This car is in an excellent shape. It drives great; it has great fuel efficiency (~35 mpg). I was religiously changing oil/filters every 5000 miles since I bought it in 2019. I changed the transmission fluid in 2023. New tires in 2023. I serviced the cooling system (new thermostat, new cap, and fluid flush) earlier this year. All this for regular maintenance and preservation. It is always parked in a covered space, and I believe it still has years in it. The reason I am selling it is just because I want to upgrade.
Known issues/history for full transparency:
- There is a tiny crack in the windshield from a flying object from a truck. It is barely noticeable, and has been the same size for around 5 years.
- In 2020, the car complained about the EVAP sensor, so I changed it. But then the car complained about it again in 2021. I erased that error code 2-3 times since then (latest was early 2024), as the car passes smog check normally, and it just seems like a glitch in one of the tests.
- There are small stain spots on the ceiling, most of them are hidden behind the driver's visor, and they were there when I bought the car in 2019.
- The lights sensor sometimes comes up, but I changed all the bulbs recently, so it is just acting up, and it disappears right away.
