Porsche Carrera 4 911 PSE +++ - $72,500 (Carlsbad)

The 3.4 liter engine is widely recognized as one of the most reliable engines ever put into a 911. I prefer it to the 3.8, with the exception of the stock sound but with the exhaust upgrade and quad sport tips it is the perfect blend of reliability and aggression.
I am the third owner of the car, clean as a whistle, everything functions as it should. 59k miles and has been driven regularly and well maintained, these 3.4 liter 991 engines are bulletproof if properly maintained. Oil changes every 5k miles is right at the top of that list. The PDK was recently serviced and shifts amazingly. Spark plugs replaced 200 miles ago along with a bunch of other preventive maintenance in preparation for the sale. I also bought new OEM headlights and had them PPFed a month ago, they are brand new. The car is equipped with adaptive light system, and it makes a difference at night especially going around turns.
I am OCD about my cars, and take care of them accordingly. This car is dialed, it needs nothing and is immaculate.
The paint is impeccable, PPF all over, ceramic coat done 2 months ago.
-Pilot 4s tires all around, 1500 miles on them.
-OEM 20" Porsche 991.2 Turbo IV wheels (10/10 condition, I had them restored to new in preparation for the sale).
-Heated/Cooled 14 way Sport Bucket Seats
-2 tone leather interior, leather door sills with deviated stich, leather chrono brow and upgraded center counsel lid ($730 from Porsche).
-Sport Chrono package w/ white chrono dial and matching white RPM dial.
-Oil changed 200 miles ago, all new fluids.
-2 Keys and full booklets and all original documentation from Porsche.
-Porsche Sports Exhaust system (amazing).
-Bose Sound System.
-Porsche all weather floor mats (original carpet included as well).
-Headlights are brand new and wrapped in PPF.
-Whole front of car is done in PPF.
-Adaptive Porsche front lights (OEM option).
-Upgraded heated 991.2 steering wheel w/paddle shifters and multifunction.
This car is 1/1 and I have put more time, money, and energy than I can express with a keyboard- I can show the car at my office in Carlsbad. Please no scams or trades unless it is a 991 Turbo coupe and then I will add cash. I prefer to deal locally and would like to see it go to a good local home. I am a long time PCA member and have owned many 911's, point is I know what to look for when buying them and more importantly I know how to properly maintain them. Clean CA title and clean Carfax.
