Car always starts, runs, and does not complain. I drove it a million times to Long Beach and back... never an issue...thought a new battery would be a wise choice.
It has good tires and handles very well.
It fun and reliable to drive, but it needs tons of work!!! The paint and interior are extremely rough. The passenger seat and rear seats are ok, but the carpet, headliner, dash top panel, and everything else need redoing. Noting pretty here.
All the glass is good. A/c does not work, and pump should be replaced... the current one rattles.
I believe it has always been in California, no rust or similar issues. The body is straight less the post behind the passenger door... the door opens and closes just fine. The car sit level; but in the picture it sits on uneven ground.
It has not been registrar since 2021 so there will be fees for that....those will be your responsibility. It needs new gas and a smog test... we will not supply either.
The car is only $1400, and for the right guy it will be fun. This car is not for the non-car person... it is not a commuter car or rice box.
If you time, money, and location to work on this car, it will be worth your effort... it is not for everyone!!!!
