JOB: Restoration Estimator/Project Manager
Our Company: We are a Restoration builder and re-modeler, as well as customer home & commercial builder. I grew up working in construction with my father and brothers. I started out as a trench digger then from there worked my way up until I started the company in 2006. The Company has grown to Multi-Millions by sticking to our core values -- integrity, honesty, openness, commitment and trust. Our plan is continued growth. Last year we grew 80% and this year on track to grow 90%. I want the company to give back to the community with innovative designs, being thought leaders and putting a structure in place to give back to all employees for putting their time and effort.
The Skills Needed: We are looking for someone that is a "Leader Manager". They need to be determined, outgoing, a team player and have a track record of success in all areas, including Exactimate estimating. Minimum 3-5 years experience in construction.
We would like to see someone who:
-- Has obtained high profit margins on jobs and can show a track record
-- Knows the entire construction process from the office out to the field
-- Has the ability to management multiple projects at one time (8-18)
-- Good computer skills- has Exactimate experience, Buildertrend is a plus
--Ability to follow a repeatable process
-- Familiar with sales
--Has a list of sub-contractors they can use and bring on board

Job duties included
Project Manager/ Estimator for small to mid-size residential jobs. Jobs consist of replicatable reconstruction work from fire and floods, mainly San Diego County (some out of county work). The jobs can range from $1,500-$1,000,000. Specific duties would include:
-Monitoring and supervising subs work
-Completing take-offs for materials orders
-Writing up Change orders and getting them approved
-Signing up customers for repairs,
-Collecting all payment for your projects
-Writing repair scopes for subs and working with insurance adjusters to cover repairs for damages to home or commercial property
-Leading and guiding your superintendent
- Responsible for writing up sub contracts, overseeing scheduling and their work
-Working with the customers on upgrade options and design
-Managing with customer issues
-Making sure the customer is happy and informed of the projects progress
-Picking up materials as needed
