We are looking for a reliable part-time team member who wants a long-term, stable job. This is a counter position: helping customers check clothes in/out and assisting with general store care.
About Us:
Our business is about 60% alterations and 40% dry cleaning, so while this is primarily a customer service role, there’s also a fashion side to what we do. We have seamstresses on staff and over time you’ll be trained to assist with fittings and help guide customers with alterations. It’s a great opportunity for someone who enjoys clothes, style and providing friendly service.
Requirements:
• Friendly and dependable and able to provide great customer service.
• Applicants should be comfortable standing for extended periods, using basic computer systems and lifting up to 20 lbs
• This position requires someone who is proactive and self-motivated as there can be a lot of downtime
• Long-term commitment preferred (since training to be a clothing specialist takes time)
Hours:
• Monday to Friday 1pm to 6pm
• Every other Saturday: 10am – 3pm
