At Straight Shooters Heating & Air, we take our name seriously. As our Installation Coordinator, you'll be the backbone of our installation operation: the person who makes sure the right crews are in the right places, customers know what to expect, and nothing falls through the cracks. This isn't a background role. You'll be the hub that connects our customers, installers, technicians, and management and when things get busy (they will), you'll be the reason everything still runs smoothly.
What you'll do
Own the scheduling and coordination of all HVAC installation projects from kickoff to completion. Communicate proactively with customers so they're never left wondering. Keep installers and technicians informed and on track. Serve as the go-to contact when questions, changes, or surprises come up. Flag issues to management before they become problems.
What we're looking for
Someone organized enough to juggle multiple projects without losing the details. A communicator who's clear, professional, and calm under pressure. Someone who takes ownership, if something slips, you notice before anyone else does. Prior experience in HVAC, construction, or field service coordination is a plus, but a sharp eye and a great attitude will take you far here.
