I have been servicing and building Windows computers since 1995. I have been doing both residential and commercial computer work since 2014.
I can diagnose problems, install software, do backups and clean installs for old systems, tune-up your existing system along with tutoring you on how to maintain your machine for future good health. I can help you connect your printer, modem, and other wired/wireless devices. I will also show you how to navigate your system if you are having trouble and experiencing frustration using it. I can help you upgrade your system or repair specific broken parts.
My on-site service area for desktop and laptop computer repair, installation, maintenance, and training covers North County (Carlsbad, San Marcos, Escondido, Vista and some surrounding areas. Available daily most afternoons and some evenings, and on the weekends. Appointment preferred, but short notice calls possible.
My on-site rate is $60 per hour, and there is a $100 minimum charge. For travel outside of my local area there is a minimum charge of $150 (2 hours plus travel). I can also pick up your computer and repair it offsite if required. In addition, I do online maintenance/repair remotely via a special program, which you will have to install on your computer.
