Around 1:13PM on Wednesday, September 24th (today), 2025 my niece was at the One Love Jamaican restaurant in Oceanside, CA. It is near the corner of College Blvd and Oceanside Blvd. My niece was backing out of her parking spot in my Honda Civic when a black Challenger started backing out and ran into her. According to my niece, she was in shock about what happened and was unable to get any information from the other driver.

If anyone knows who the other driver is and can help identify the car/person, please let me know.
