Key technologies
• Rim design delivers a smooth tyre-to-sidewall transition for aero gains and lets Giant hit the wide 22.4 mm channel without adding grams. 
• Optimised carbon lay-up adds high-tensile fibre only where loads peak, keeping the rim resilien.
• Dynamic Balanced Lacing (DBL) builds the wheel so spoke tension peaks when you’re on the gas, boosting lateral stiffness under big sprints or out-of-saddle climbing. 
• Low-friction hubs machine the bearing bores to eliminate preload; Giant claims < 0.8 W per wheel lost to hub drag.
