These came off a 1996 schwinn high sierra. This was the top of the line rigid mountain bike of their lineup that year.

blue anondized hubs with araya double wall rims. cantilever brake levers and calipers with cable stops that are also anodized blue and the seat post clamp.

tires and tubes are also in good shape.
