1975 CATALINA 30
The Catalina 30 is designed by the legendary Frank Butler. 70’s Catalina’s know for being roomy with wider beam with very thick fiberglass.
A masthead sloop rig with aluminum spars stepped on deck. She has a fin keel and a spade rudder.
Her cockpit is roomy with generous lazarettes that provide ample storage.
The helm w/ steering wheel has a folding table, and compass.
Below decks the salon presents a navigation station to starboard just forward of the quarter berth. A portside galley is aft of the U-shaped dinette and table accompanied by a bench settee to starboard. Forward of the salon is the portside head with shower across from starboard lockers and drawers. A comfortable V berth in the bow presents lockers, drawers and shelf storage to port and to starboard.
The Catalina 30 offers sailing performance, comfortable cruising accommodation for 7 or a single sailor.

Many improvements have been made to this boat. Over 16k recently invested, including:
Bottom paint was done in February 2022, Along with new propeller, Cutlass bearing , zincs, and rudder shaft packing gland. The engine has had several improvements rebuilt sea water pump, sea water exhaust replaced. New engine mounts, all internal zinc, filters, and fluids replaced regularly.
The Anchor light and Deck / spreader light have been replaced. New bow anchor roller. New window re- seal using sika-flex sealent. Other items repaired or replace at this time are numerous.
