2004 Maxum 1800 SR3 - $2,250 (Escondido)

This is a project boat that has been in storage for 3 years. Outdrive has new impeller assembly, gear oil has been changed and has a new prop and hub. Outdrive trim works great it's just strapped up for towing and storage. Engine was rebuilt ( valve job, bored, new pistons, bearings, lifters, fuel pump, water pump, belts ect) but makes a ticking noise. Not sure what it is. Will need a battery, carb cleaning and a bellows kit for outdrive as it leaks, trailer tires look fine but are older, interior has some sun discoloration but is soft and usable. Fuel in tank is good and smells fine. Bottom is very clean, no scratches or damage. 320 hours on boat 0 hours on engine after rebuild. All pictures were taken on 6/21/2025. Registration expired Dec 2024 but is cheap to renew. Value in good condition is between 8 and 12 thousand for the SR3 as it is the upper line for Maxum. I'm selling because I have another boat and have moved out of the area. Boat is in a storage lot in Escondido and can remain there after sale for 138.00 per month. Used in fresh water only.
