Here is an Antique Indian Mucawas Polychrome Pottery Bowl once on display in a museum.

The Quichua Canelo Women of the Ecuadorian Amazon create and decorate these one of a kind pieces of art. Each one is painted with the fine end of women's hair pincers.
Traditionally used to drink the "chicha"....a corn brew traditionally served in all parts of the Amazon, these pieces are incredible as pure decoration or practical usage.
These beautiful bowls can only be found in this area of the Amazon and are one of our most rare finds.
