This is really a 2 bedroom, 2 bath home with an office that has a full size closet. The office doesn't have a privacy door, although we hung drapes at the door way which gave some privacy when we had guest stay over. Great location super quite and safe neighborhood, close to Vista, and Carlsbad. Master bath is excellent with a giant shower and double sinks. Nice patio in the backyard with no neighbors behind. Attached 2 car garage with ample storage shelving. There is a clothes washer on site, but currently no dryer. We would be happy to return our dryer and hook it up for you.
Only downside is the owner won't allow pets.
You will need to put in an application and get approved by the property manager.
