** Sorry, no pets. I have a cat that remains mostly outside/upstairs and has his own entrance (usually but sometimes begs to be let out downstairs). If, and a big IF, you have a cat it may be possible to cohabitate with my 4 year old cool indoor/outdoor snowshoe cat so that would depend on if they get along.
** No smoking of any kind on the house and community common areas. I don't smoke and just some social drinking occasionally.
** Need to have good credit (good credit report required by landlord and fee paid to landlord) and references. First and Last month deposit when approved.
