We are looking for a retired person, or responsible older couple, who is tidy, clean, takes good care of things, enjoys plants and privacy. We don't move out when we go away, so there is no storage room but all you need to bring are your clothes and a toothbrush. This is not a vacation rental; it is our home. Everything you could need is here.
We love our orchids so I prefer to find someone who also loves plants, to make sure things stay happy. Liking hummingbirds is a plus. There is irrigation throughout the property but I do hand water a bit. The gardener, pool man, water, internet, TV and other expenses are included (except SDGE).
