I need to get motivated. I am a type 2 diabetic male. I was able to manage my blood work in 2 months by hiking mount Monserrate up hill 1.5 miles 3 to 4 times a week. I call this place the moutain of youth. Do this hike everyday, eat lower card and sensible. Your body will feel great and look great. This hike is also good to clear your mind and remove stress. It would be great to share this experience with other like minded individuals.
