I bought some property and. This was there along with other things that came with the property the old owner had a huge mess no paperwork ,no lights and needing some work stand ,redone tounge .but I used it twice to take dump loads just threw down plywood and trashed it there.and it towed fine .it does have a metal lic or vehicle identification number on it but that's all I know 275
