Small family owned and run VACATION RV trailer park on the California side of the Colorado river (by Walters Camp) near Palo Verde CA .
Its for mini getaways to enjoy boating in summer and jeeping in winter.
PLEASE understand that we do not accept temporary or long term residential tenants. It's far away from everyday necessities with the nearest town with medical, schools, groceries 45- 60 minutes away.
Bring own travel trailer, toy box or 5th wheel and enjoy 6 month rental lease. If you love it like we all do, you renew for another 6 months. We are also open to discuss other options.
Spaces available now for up to 30' to 45' RV.
Each space has water/electric 30 amp/sewer hookups.
Electric rate, separate fee from space rent, and is based on days you are in camp.
Bathroom and shower facilities.
Fenced with locked gate entry.
Storage space (outside trailer space) on premise for boat or jeep.
Quiet, clean and well run on the Old River.
Main river is just 1/4 mile down from our camp. Community boat ramp and small store next door at Walters Camp RV park.
Year round fun for boating in summer, jeeping or off road in winter.
Please, again we do not accept any temporary residential tenants.
