Well maintained. Has walk-around queen bed with mattress in excellent condition; bed can be converted to a single for more floor space. AC, heater, refrigerator (propane and 120volts), kitchen sink, microwave, and a nice stereo/CD with indoor and outdoor speakers. TV antenna. Dinette converts to a 68" bed. Bathroom has a sink, cupboard, flush toilet, and a full shower with a small tub. Wired for solar panels (not installed). Has a good, full size spare tire. 33 gallon fresh water tank, 25 gal grey water tank, 25 gal black water tank, and 6 gal hot water tank. Two propane tanks. New awning. Roof freshly calked. Included with the trailer is the tow hitch and weight distribution bars (new ones are about $700).
Light weight (2821 lbs.); easy to tow. This is ready now for your camping trip--very clean.
