Local Sales Representative – Alcoholic Beverage Brand

We are seeking a motivated and energetic Local Sales Representative to help develop the retail market and build strong relationships with distributors for our growing alcoholic beverage brand, XPRESS HARDER.
Key Responsibilities:
Drive sales of XPRESS HARDER products across convenience stores, liquor stores, bars, and on-premise accounts.
Work closely with local distributors to build distribution, secure displays, and expand points of distribution.
Conduct retail visits to ensure brand visibility, merchandising, and proper pricing execution.
Build strong relationships with store managers, buyers, and distributor sales teams.
Provide market feedback and share competitive insights with leadership.
Support product sampling events and brand activations as needed.
Qualifications:
Prior experience in alcoholic beverages, FMBs, or consumer packaged goods sales strongly preferred.
Established relationships with local retailers and/or distributors is a plus.
Self-motivated, organized, and results-driven.
Must be 21+ with valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
Compensation:
Competitive base + commission (to be discussed).
Expense allowance for travel, samples, and promotions.
