Selling our 2016 Leprechaun 317SA. We are the original owners and the coach has only 11,000 miles. It’s been well cared for, non-smoking, and never in an accident. Located in Alpine, CA. Asking $57,000 or best reasonable offer.

It’s built on a Ford E-450 chassis with the 6.8L V10 engine. The motorhome drives well and is easy to set up at camp with hydraulic auto-leveling jacks. It also has air-assist suspension, newer tires, side and rear cameras, and a 7,500 lb towing capacity. Full-body paint is in great shape.

Inside are two slide-outs that open up the living area. The sofa and dinette face each other, and the captain’s chairs swivel. There’s a cab-over queen bed and a rear bedroom with a walk-around queen, mirrored wardrobe, TV, and large windows. The bathroom can be entered from the hallway or the bedroom.

The kitchen includes a 3-burner stove, oven, microwave, double sink, and full-size refrigerator. Outside is an outdoor kitchen with sink, mini fridge, counter space, TV, and stereo under an electric awning.

This unit has been upgraded with a second fresh water tank for a total of 100 gallons. Grey and black tanks are 32 and 29 gallons. It also has a generator and plenty of exterior storage.

Everything works as it should and it’s ready to travel. Clean title in hand.
