I am looking to rent out two of my spare bedrooms at my house in Spring Valley in the Dictionary Hill neighborhood. If anyone likes driving up steep hills everyday let me know and I can be your landlord and you can live in San Diego for probably the cheapest you will find than anywhere else! :)
