Seeking a relaxed roommate (female) to share a 3 bdrm, 2 bath great manufactured home in a very safe and quiet mobile home park on the north edge of El Cajon. 2 rooms and their shared bath are on the opposite side of the home from the master bedroom (which has its own bathroom) which allows for a bit more privacy. Picture is of the room furnished, but will be rented unfurnished. House will be shared with my daughter who is in her early 30s. Please send email for more information. Rent includes all utilities. Security deposit of "last month's rent" ($1000) can be paid over a few months if needed. Home has a washer and dryer in the home (available for use). Parking space is available. Primary living area is furnished. There are two vacant rooms. If you would like to rent both so that you have a bedroom and an "office" area, rent would be $1300. No smoking inside the house... it's fine outside on the small patio. NO pets please.
