We live in the lower half of a large house and we are looking for a new roommate for a bedroom with its own bathroom. The rent is $1,200 a month and includes all utilities cable Wi-Fi and laundry is in garage. There is no AC however there are ceiling fans in all the rooms. We do have a cat and a 17-year-old Chihuahua. Looking for an individual with a steady income. It's a very low key and quiet household. The room is 10 X 12 with an extended little alcove, say for a desk. I am over 50 and my cousin lives here also. He is almost 90. The deposit is the same. You would have access to the whole house like it was yours. Just looking for that right fit our last roommate was here for 5 years

You can come check it out and if you feel comfortable and would like to proceed, I will send your information to our property manager, Roy. I believe he will do a credit and background check. He is a good guy, easy to talk to and will work with you. My cousin and myself pay the water, trash, cable, WiFi and SDGE. It really is a perfect location, especially if you take the trolly. (Close to Amaya station) Very nice neighborhood right on the corner of Howell and Earl st. We would love someone to move in by March 1. So if residing with a couple crazy seniors appeals to you, (one is way more senior. 😆) give me a call for a quicker response. Thanks for reading this novel
