12x10 room with nice view of yard.

Very relaxing location with lots of outdoor space, beautiful trees (including many citrus fruit trees to pick from and enjoy) and perfect weather year round.

Single occupancy only. No couples or pets

Busy Professional or student prefered. In one of the most quaint and quiet neighborhoods in La Mesa, this is a chill space.

There is a hammock to kick back and relax and a fire pit if it gets chilly and you want to hang outside.

The yard and house itself are HUGE and so pretty (see pics). 1800sq ft, 2 stories, 1/2 arce yard, Laundry on-site, Central AC and heat. We have Palomar Mountain Spring Water delivered to our house for drinking water.
