Posting again to find a good fit. I have a room in my condo that is available now in El Cajon almost Santee. Im open to male/female but preferably not couple. Really would like to find someone i can get along and good vibes. My place is chill and quiet, pretty relaxing creative place. The community is in a gate secured area. 1bedroom available in 2 bedroom 1100 sq ft condo. 2 bedroom two story condo. 1 1/2 bathroom and shared main bathroom, just remodeled. There’s a 2 car garage with washer dryer and cabinets. Inside has granite kitchen counters, stainless steal appliances and beautiful wood floors. There is a nice view from the balcony off the living room area as well as a gated front patio and spacious fenced rear yard. This is a gated community with a community pool/hottub with sauna. Gated entrance to community. Washer and dryer in the 2 car garage. Plenty of storage in garage.
I’m a mid fourties’ tattoo artist. Don’t drink to often and pretty clean, easy going work quite a bit and love hiking and doing art projects and home improvements . Have a 10 month old Boston terrier , Molly she is the sweetest little girl, I am open to another dog ior cat f they get along.
Rent would be 1300 plus utilities, and can do month to month or longer lease. Deposit is 1000
