This is a great property with a positive, happy vibe. The backyard is right there to enjoy. The house is close to the freeway and shopping. Grossmont hospital is 2.5 miles. There are many great walking trails, and they are not far from Mission Trails. I'm looking for a working professional and a non-smoker. NO pets please, as there is a house cat. I'm hoping to find a good blend for at least a year. The kitchen is open and accessible. I work m-f from 6-5, so the house is big and the room is very private and at the end of the house.
