This spacious, FURNISHED guest suite has a private entrance, kitchenette area with appliances (including refrigerator/freezer, microwave, toaster oven, induction cooking plate, basic cooking and eating utensils), and a large bathroom with walk-in shower (bring your own towels). Bedroom has large closet, dresser, plenty of other personal storage space, a student’s work desk and chair, blackout shade with curtains for the window. Extra-long queen sized captain’s bed has memory foam mattress (pillows and bed linens are supplied). Whole house activated charcoal filtered water.
This set of rooms has plenty of natural light and fresh air. Occupant controls the bedroom a/c and heat. The property is an unofficial wildlife sanctuary with many birds, reptiles, and furry creatures residing and roaming freely.
A covered parking space on premises, use of the pool, utilities (electricity, water, gas, Wi-Fi) are included in the rent price
There is an outdoor shower in a secluded location at the back of the house, which is ideal before and after a swim.
Lease is month-to-month. Proof of financial suitability and health insurance is required. Amount due at signing is first and last month’s rent, plus half a month’s rent as a leaning/damage/theft deposit.
Laundry service available on premises and is priced by the load (cleaning products are included in the service). You pre-treat items to be washed and fold the finished load yourself.
Property is a short distance from several highways, public transportation and good shopping (less than 6 miles away). Grossmont College is a 12 minutes drive away. Cuyamaca College, Mesa College, Palmar College RBLC, and SDSU are all between 30 and 40 minutes away. UCSD and USD are about 45 minutes away.
An indoor cat lives in main house, but is not allowed in suite. Sorry, no other pets allowed.

The map provided by this app is not quite accurate: Eucalyptus Hills is just west & north of Rt 67, as it turns from Lakeside towards Poway. It is 'Horse Country', with lots of trees & country roads.
