A clean, safe room for rent in family home available now. The rent is $925 a month with the monthly utilities of $75 for an even $1000. We can prorate you for December. You have shared access to a kitchen, a bathroom, a patio, and onsite laundry. We expect common sense and common courtesy. Keep your room clean and remember to clean up after yourself in the bathroom and kitchen. You will have space in the refrigerator and also access to stove and microwave. We have community pots, pans, dishes and silverware which should be cleaned after each use. The $75 of utilities includes, gas, electric, water, trash, and internet access. Please try to conserve gas, water, and electricity and we will throw in some free Direct TV channels. Everybody works so this is a place to hang your hat when your are not at work. Lights out at 11 pm. Quiet hours are 11 pm to 7 am. This is not a place to party or to bring your significant other over to spend the night on a regular basis. You will sign a month to month rental agreement. Both parties can give a 30 day notice. You can see the room after you pass the phone interview with me (Ronnie) show contact info . The security deposit is $400. I will verify your employment and you will need a rental and personal reference. No credit check/cash only.
