Roommates are responsible for following a chores list to maintain the home keeping it clean at all times. This is mandatory.
Master suite is beautifully furnished with a Tommy Bahama bedroom set, sitting sofa, desk, 50" Flatscreen TV, huge walk-in closet, and huge bathroom w/ double sinks and travertine marble shower w/seat and two shower heads. Also a balcony with panoramic view of El Cajon Valley.
All rooms in this house are rented so you will be living with 4 other roommates. EVERYTHING IN THE KITCHEN IS OPEN FOR ANYONE TO USE. Respect is very important in this house. Everyone must obide by the rules of the house. I have monthly roommate meetings to address any problems or issues of concern.
There are no parties or sleepovers without permission from the Landlord (Me) Friends are only allowed to stay the night once a week, unless express permission is approved ahead of time.
Rental agreement is a month to month contract but I do want at least 6 month commitment at which time you can choose to leave anytime with a 30-day notice perfect for traveling nurses.
Credit checks and Rental history are mandatory. (At renters expense $25)
