Our service department is looking for the right individual to join our team as a Powersport service advisor and customer service representative.
Experience within the motorcycle/automotive industry and/or customer service experience is highly preferred.
Your duties will include:
*Greeting customers with enthusiasm and warmth
*Filling out work orders in compliance with California regulations
*Document customer's primary needs while assessing potential upsell opportunities
*Building a rapport with each customer and clearly communicating with them during each step of the service process
*Properly communicating with the Technicians the customer's conern(s), suggested services, and maintenance needs, estimating and selling those services, acquiring necessary parts, and revising work orders
*Utilizing excellent phone skills to set appointments and motivate customers to choose our shop for their automotive needs.
*Light administrative duties as determined by service department manager.
