Advanced Exteriors is looking for an Office and Telemarketing Assistant.
Our office is located in La Mesa on the corner of Spring Street and University Avenue, next to the trolley.
Position duties include but are not limited to:
Filing, answering phone lines, enter customer information into database, completing call backs to reset free estimate appointment, reception back up, office coverage and basic office upkeep; cleaning and organizing. Warehouse organization including moving 5 gallon buckets.
All customers we call have given us their information and have expressed extreme interest in our product and services.
Applicants should have at least 2 years customer service experience, be comfortable talking on the phone and must be able to lift and move at least 50 lbs.
Paid hourly wage. Weekly paydays.
PART TIME; 15-20 hours a week.
Flexible hours Monday through Friday.
Some Sunday evening (2-3 hours) may be needed infrequently.
