We are a trusted tax preparation firm, and the ideal candidate will provide exceptional customer service to our clients, including business owners, individuals, and real estate professionals. There is a lot of room to grow within our firm for a dedicated professional.
Key Responsibilities:
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as the primary point of contact for clients and visitors.
• Utilize Microsoft Excel extensively for reporting, tracking data, and creating spreadsheets.
• Manage and maintain office records and databases with high accuracy.
• Support daily office operations and administrative tasks.
Qualifications & Skills:
• Proficient in Excel (intermediate to advanced skills required).
• Proven track record of reliability and strong time management.
• Exceptional customer service skills and a professional, friendly demeanor.
• Ability to handle a fast-paced, high-energy work environment effectively.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• A college degree is a plus.
• Previous administrative experience preferred.
