Fischer Auction & Appraisal is San Diego's oldest and most trusted professional auction company. Since 1948, we have helped businesses, banks, trustees, attorneys, landlords, and individuals sell assets through auctions, appraisals, and liquidation services. No two days are the same here. One day you may be helping coordinate vehicle paperwork, the next you may be creating social media content, assisting customers, preparing auction inventory, or supporting our operations team. We are a family-owned business with a close-knit team that works hard, moves quickly, and helps wherever needed.

This position serves as a key support role for our Operations Manager and ownership team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, tech-savvy, friendly, resourceful, and willing to jump into whatever needs to be done that day. You will sit at our front desk and be one of the first people customers interact with, so professionalism and a positive attitude are extremely important. This is not a position where you perform the same tasks every day. We need someone who can adapt, learn quickly, solve problems, and think on their feet.
