The Position: Full-time Clinical Manager position at our San Diego – Spring Valley location. This position is exempt/salaried

JOB RESPONSIBLITIES: The Clinical Manager is responsible to ensure high quality services and effective daily operations for assigned clinical team comprised of professional clinicians and youth and family partners. Duties include clinical supervision and oversight of all treatment planning and implementation, program and resource development and management, personnel management including hiring, evaluation, coaching and training. The Clinical Manager provides leadership congruent with agency policy, values and mission provides management reports as required, and leads significant program committees or functions as assigned.

  • MA/MSW Degree required
  • LCSW or MFT with two years post-licensure experience required
  • Two years of supervisory/management experience in a clinical setting required; relevant leadership experience may be considered
  • At least one year of wraparound, community based, residential, day treatment or other milieu, experience required
