acoustic (BRAND) guitar amplifier - $300 (El Cajon)

I purchased this amp from LA Music.
It features 1 each 15" Altec brand, powered by a solid-state amplifier. It features a spring reverb with tremolo and intensity adjustments. The only modification I made was to add a black decora-style switched duplex outlet on the back panel in order to power a Maestro (by Gibson) phase shifter.
BEWARE: this is NOT an amplifier designed for "electric/acoustic" guitars. It will play them but the term "acoustic" here is the actual brand name of the manufacture - way before electric-acoustic guitars were mainstream like today. It is NOT voiced specifically for electric/acoustic guitars.
