Attorney sought for well-established small East County law firm representing Common Interest Developments; practice areas include Governing Document Revisions; Alternate Dispute Resolution; CC&R Enforcement Litigation; Bankruptcy; and Unlawful Detainers; minimum 2-5 years' experience required. In addition to experience working with Community Associations must have: excellent references and academic credentials, admitted to practice in California, detail oriented, and strong verbal and writing skills. Must have the ability to interact with clients, act independently and with limited supervision. We have a congenial work environment and work as a team. Only lawyers with a background in Community Association law will be considered for this position.
