Job Summary:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitorial Worker to perform routine cleaning and maintenance of a multi-family condominium property. The ideal candidate will take pride in keeping both indoor and outdoor common areas clean, safe, and welcoming for residents and guests.

Key Responsibilities:
Indoor Tasks:
• Sweep, mop, and vacuum floors in hallways, lobbies, stairwells, and shared areas
• Clean and sanitize bathrooms, including sinks, toilets, mirrors, and floors
• Empty trash and recycling bins and transport waste to designated disposal areas
• Wipe down handrails, elevator interiors, and other high-touch surfaces
• Restock cleaning and restroom supplies as needed
Outdoor Tasks:
• Pick up litter around building entrances, sidewalks, and parking areas
• Sweep walkways and entryways
• Maintain cleanliness of outdoor furniture and recreational areas
• Clear leaves, or debris from pathways (seasonal duties)

Requirements:
• Previous janitorial or cleaning experience preferred, but not required
• Ability to lift up to 30 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the shift
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
• Dependable, punctual, and able to work independently
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Work Schedule:
Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–4 p.m. | [Occasional weekends and overtime required]

Compensation:
• Starting at $17-19 per hour, based on experience
