House features a large wrap around deck with beautiful views of all spring valley lemon grove mnt helix and cowles mnt. private parking, pool and jacuzzi, close to stores and restaurants. hiking and biking close as well. 125 freeway is a couple blocks away 20 min to downtown. room can be rented furnished or unfurnished
Myself i am a very clean and respectful. I am usually busy running my painting business here in town. when i am not i am usually here taking care of house chores etc, Must be an animal lover i have pet birds that have their own bird room. this house is safe and secure and very peaceful no drama. No smokers or party animals allowed.
Monthly obligations would be your rent and portion of utilities- cox wifi, gas elec, trash and water. roughly $200 give or take if your not using much of any we can adjust accordingly.
