2001 Brenderup Royal TC 2horse, straight load with ramp. Extra Tall, tack compartment
Brenderup trailers are light weight and aerodynamically designed so they can be easily towed with small/standard SUVs, cars, and light trucks with a minimum of 125 hp. The trailer walls composed of solid resin which can take abuse, and the fiberglass roof contribute to a light interior and keeps the inside of the trailer cool when towing in the heat. Inertia brakes so no need to have a controller in the tow vehicle. Torsion axles with shock absorbers. Lift assist struts on ramp.
Roof rear upslope spoiler and inward sloping rear ramp results in a better control of air flow current/turbulence.
The trailer's tall height allows for horses up to of 17H.
Tongue weight/175 lbs. Unladen weight/1950 lbs. GWVR/4400 lbs.

* This trailer has 2 custom fabricated interior pipe panel/gates which are attached below the chest bar, (see photos) allowing for safely hauling mini horses, or other smaller livestock. Each gate can easily be removed or buyer can remove entirely. I've hauled 2 horses and 2 minis at once to shows and during fire evacuations, horses and minis and dogs to the beach. You can get creative!
Exterior:
The narrow front, fiberglass roof with upward sloping spoiler, and inward sloping trailer back make a aerodynamic, stable and cost efficient tow.
The curb side of trailer has a tack compartment with 2 saddle/pad bars, bridle hooks and a light. There is an entry/exit door. A 4-way adjustable window hangs above the side door. Street side of trailer has an entry/exit door and another 4-way adjustable window is above the side door. There is a mounted spare tire rack.
Both right and left sides have leveler jacks which, when used, help to stabilize the rear end of trailer when ramp is used for loading and unloading if your horse is uncomfortable with any trailer movement.
The rear of trailer is designed with an upper panel and a lower ramp. Tow with the upper panel up to eliminate exposure to the elements and muffle road noise. Travel with it down and air flow through the inside is increased. The ramp features 2 brand new heavy duty lift assist struts to make lowering and lifting easy. The floor of the ramp is made of wood with a thick slip -free mat.
Crawl under the trailer to see the Long V-tongue which extends almost to the first axle and toe-in on the axles for a straighter tow. The torsion axles have brand new Bilstein shock absorbers.
The rubber boot houses the coupler which pushes back to activate the trailer brakes applying brakes in relation to the pressure applied to the tow vehicle brakes. Brakes have been inspected and tightened in the past week.
4 new tires were installed in 2022 and have minimum miles on them. Spare tire is in good condition.
This trailer has been towed with a Toyota Highlander. Once you get used to the look and simplicity of this trailer you'll find it so easy to hook up and go on those short trips and long hauls. It keeps your horses comfortable and safe, and saves on gas.
