Below are the positions we offer:
Kitchen Manager: Minimum 3 years of sushi experience, required knife skills, and fish knowledge.
Kitchen Lead: Minimum 2 years of sushi experience, required knife skills, and fish knowledge
Kitchen Helper: No experience necessary, but some kitchen experience preferred.
Full-time position - Must be able to work various shifts per week and be flexible to work on the weekend.
A minimum of 5 to 6 days per week; the schedule will be covered during the interview.
The restaurant will be open from the end of April to the beginning of May. You will be hired within the next 1 to 2 weeks. You will need to be open to living in LA during the training period.
